Workwear salesperson – Central Zealand

Are you one of the new Workwear salespeople for our client's stores in Central Zealand

Workforce Denmark is seeking on behalf of a client an experienced and service-minded clothing salesperson for a nationwide hardware store chain.

For the branches in Køge, Næstved, Slagelse and Ringsted we are looking for an engaged salesperson who is passionate about sales, service and good customer experiences.

You will work with corporate clothing, workwear, uniforms and work footwear – an exciting niche where you either already have experience, or you have the desire and ability to learn the area.

Here you will not get a classic retail job.

Your main task

You will become an important part of the customers' experience when they need to find the right workwear and work footwear.

The company has many BTC customers (Business-to-Consumer), and therefore prima customer service is the key to success in the job. You want to have a solid and good collaboration with your customer, so you take an interest in which customer you deliver to

You must be able to meet customers at eye level, assess their needs and help them find the right solution. You don't need to know everything about workwear from day one – the most important thing is that you have the desire to learn and a natural talent for sales and service.

A large part of the daily sales takes place online and by phone, so you will spend quite a bit of time at the computer, and we therefore expect that you can use their systems as a daily tool.

• Have experience with in-store sales, preferably from retail
• Have experience with workwear, corporate wear, uniforms or work footwear – or have a desire to learn the area
• Are open, positive and outgoing
• Have a strong service mindset
• Like talking to many different types of customers
• Are good at building trust and relationships
• Are sales-oriented without compromising good service
• Thrive with responsibility and a daily life with many different customers
