Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary setting takes place after negotiations with the legally entitled trade union based on qualifications.

About us

Højvangskolen is located in Stavtrup, which is a well-functioning and expanding local area in the southern part of Aarhus. The school is growing and currently has a little over 800 pupils, 380 children in the SFO and ca. 90 staff. The school receives multilingual students from other school districts and has 12% multilingual students. We have an active parent body and good collaboration with local institutions and associations and with volunteer school ambassadors and uncles.
