About the Company

We are a small company in Christianshavn, with a young team. We love chocolate and ice cream, smiles and good service.

Quality and craftsmanship are important to us in daily life. In the shop in Christianshavn we make handmade quality chocolate, chocolate pralines and ice cream.

What we are looking for

We are currently looking for an engaged sales assistant with a twinkle in their eye whose heart beats for chocolate, ice cream and good service, to join our team.

Your tasks

• Your main task is to ensure that our customers receive the best service and experience when they enter the shop. We emphasize personal selling at eye level with our customers.
• In our shop we help each other wherever needed. You should therefore, in addition to cash register and customer service, also be prepared to help in production if it is busy (for example filling chocolate into molds or rolling marzipan balls, and making ice cream). Conversely, our pastry chefs also like to throw off their aprons and help in the shop.
• You should also help keep the shop presentable, place chocolate back on the shelves, package chocolate boxes, and not least tie beautiful bows etc.

• Your heart beats for chocolate and ice cream, and you want to learn about our products.
• You can deliver sublim and attentive service to our customers and perform guided upselling in a natural way.
• You are flexible and helpful regarding tasks and eager to lift as a team.
• You are a fresh and outgoing person who will contribute positively to our team.
• You are responsible and reliable in attendance.
• You have an overview and can maintain that, and the good mood, when the shop is busy.
• You have experience from the retail sector, ideally with selling high-end products.
• You speak and understand Danish and English.
• You can work every second weekend.

Working hours etc.

The position is a 30-37 hour fixed position and our opening hours are: Monday – Sunday 10-18 in the winter season and 10-21 in the summer season. There may be extended opening hours during our peak seasons.
