About the job

As a social- and health care helper, you will be an important part of the citizens' everyday life. You come close to people and are often the first to notice when something changes. Therefore, your observations are an important part of the citizens' overall care journey.

We work from a rehabilitative approach with a basis in each citizen's wishes, needs and resources. With the new Elderly Act we focus on holistic and coherent pathways, where the citizen's self-determination is at the center.

Your tasks include, among other things, personal care and practical assistance, observation of changes in the citizen, as well as documentation and follow-up.

We work together for the citizen

You will become part of an interdisciplinary work community with social- and health helpers, social- and health care assistants, nurses, therapists, pharmaconomists and visitation .

In our interdisciplinary meetings we bring different perspectives into play and discuss the citizens' needs and any changes. Together we agree on how to best support the continued pathway.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is educated as a social- and health care helper, and who

• meets citizens with respect, care and decency
• works independently and at the same time values collaboration with others
• has an eye for the citizen's resources, wishes and possibilities
• responds to changes and seeks professional sparring when needed
• contributes positively to the work community
• sees documentation as a natural part of the job.

You don't need to know everything from day one. The most important thing is that you are curious, want to use your professional skills and wish to develop yourself together with us.
