About the job

Join a strong professional community and help shape the future of the healthcare system

Do you dream of a nursing position where high professional standards, interdisciplinary collaboration and influence on development go hand in hand?

In connection with the establishment of the upcoming Health and Care Hubs (SOP) in Fredensborg Municipality we are looking for three engaged nurses who want to join an exciting journey and contribute to shaping the future of the healthcare system.

We are looking for

  • 2 nurses for day and evening shifts
  • 1 nurse for the night shift

We know that a good work life looks different for different people. Therefore we emphasise flexibility and dialogue, and the rosters are organised locally in collaboration so that we find solutions that work for both employees and the workplace.

As a result of the health reform, the workplace will, from January 1, 2027, become part of the East Region. This gives you a unique opportunity to come in from the start and help shape the development of the new SOP places in Fredensborg Municipality.

With us you will meet citizens who are often clinically complex and not yet fully treated. Nursing is essential to create stability, safety and quality in citizen pathways, so rehabilitation succeeds. You will become an important part of a multidisciplinary team, where you assess, prioritise and closely follow the citizens’ development.

With us you will mainly work with

  • Clinical assessments and early detection of deterioration
  • Nursing reception, assessment and planning
  • Medication management, documentation and wound care
  • Overview in complex pathways and coordination of the citizen’s overall rehabilitation effort
  • Interdisciplinary and organizational collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure coherence and quality in citizen pathways
  • Professional sparring and development of the nursing professional effort

We are looking for someone who

  • Can handle complex nursing tasks at assessment and decision-making level
  • Is strong in clinical observations and early detection
  • Works in a structured and cross-disciplinary way
  • Has an awareness of the connection between disease, treatment and function
  • Thrives in a changing daily life and contributes positively to the team
  • Sees holistic care as a natural part of nursing

Whether you are experienced or newly qualified is less important. What matters is your professional curiosity, your engagement and your courage to take responsibility.

We offer

  • A thorough introductory program
  • Close leadership and a strong professional environment with focus on sparring and knowledge sharing
  • Good opportunities for professional development and influence
  • Flexible shift planning with potential local agreements on working hours and shifts
  • A developing workplace with colleagues who help each other so you never stand alone
  • A unique opportunity to help shape the transition from municipal to regional operation and contribute to the construction of the upcoming SOP places in Fredensborg Municipality

Employment terms

Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement. A criminal record check will be obtained.

From January 1, 2027, as part of the health reform, the workplace will transfer to Region East. Employees hired in these positions will be transferred to the region in accordance with applicable law. The workplace address will continue to be Boserupvej 601, 3050 Humlebæk.
