At Henvi Huset Dagnæs we are seeking a trained pedagogue who can create secure relationships, support development and help a child find their place in play and in the community.

At our place, presence makes a difference

We are looking for you who can meet the child with calm, patience and curiosity. You see opportunities rather than limitations and know how small pedagogical efforts can create great progress.

You will become part of our small, integrated house in Horsens, where children and adults know each other across the community. We have a green profile, and our playground, local surroundings and hens provide space for play, movement and getting dirt under your nails.

Bring your professional expertise and your commitment

With us you get engaged colleagues, professional sparring and leadership close to everyday life. We help each other, develop our pedagogical practice and have a close collaboration with the parents.

We are looking for you, who

• Is a trained pedagogue and preferably has experience with special pedagogy (not a requirement)
• Creates safety, presence and good relationships.
• Works structurally and has an eye for the child's resources and needs.
• Contributes positively to collaboration and the children's community.

Ready to make a difference?

The position is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 12:00, with commencement as soon as possible.

The position is initially temporary, as the support hours are granted for a limited period.

There is potential for extension and an increase to 30–35 hours per week, as we are currently applying for additional support for another child. This, however, depends on future funding.

Salary and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
