Professional Qualifications

• Experience with an excavator is an advantage but not a requirement
• Interest in construction and civil engineering work
• Class B driving licence is an advantage
• Understands the importance of safety in the workplace
• Willing to learn new tasks and get to know new machines through training and on-the-job experience

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
• Can work both independently and with colleagues
• Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work outdoors
