We are looking for young inspirational staff members between 14 and 18 years old.

Would you like a part-time job where you can bring smiles, joy and good moments to others?

Then it might be you we are looking for.

At our nursing home we are looking for young inspirational staff who want to help create cozy moments, presence and meaningful activities together with our residents.

What you will do

• Walks with the residents
• Playing cards, doing puzzles, painting or other light activities
• Holding hands, listening and being present
• Reading aloud or talking/singing together
• Helping to create community, joy and positive experiences in daily life

Who are you

• You are between 14 and 18 years old
• Smiling, caring and approachable
• Willing to be with elderly people
• Curious, responsible and have good ideas
• Willing to make a positive difference for our residents

You do not need to have experience – we will help you get started.

Working hours

The working hours are 2 hours on weekdays in the period 15:00-18:00 by arrangement.

Hiring process and salary

The start date is December 1, 2026.

The position is typically 6 hours per week and is a permanent position.

We offer pay and terms of employment according to the agreement for youths under 18 years in inspirational employment in municipalities and according to local collective bargaining principles and in agreement with the negotiating organization.

The pay for the position for 13-15 year-olds is 72.13 DKK per hour without pension

The pay for the position for 16-17 year-olds is 87.25 DKK per hour without pension

The pay depends on negotiations between the manager and the trade union that has the right to bargain for the applicable collective agreement.
