As an ambassador and store manager at Zizzi Esbjerg you are responsible for ensuring that your team creates world-class customer and OMNI service as well as strong results. Your responsibilities

• Assemble a results-oriented and motivated team, including recruitment, coaching and ongoing skills development.
• Overview of product range, top sellers and promotional activities.
• Visual merchandising, ensure commercial product presentations and windows with a high fashion factor.
• Collaboration with management to optimise the stores results.
• Organize and prioritise tasks according to needs, results and goals.
• Understand and execute omni service at a high level
• Plan and host LIVE shopping in line with the company guidelines.
• Ensure a shift schedule aligned with the budget and the stores needs.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate as Zizzi ambassador and store manager is someone who can step into a leadership role from the start. Therefore you have experience with sales and leadership, you are able to lead from the front and get your team to follow you and you have a good business sense.
