As ambassador and store manager at Zizzi Holstebro you are responsible for ensuring your team creates world-class customer and OMNI service as well as good results. Your areas of responsibility

• Assemble a results-oriented and motivated team, including recruitment, coaching and ongoing skills development.
• Overview of the product range, top sellers and sales-promoting activities.
• Visual merchandising, ensure commercial product presentations and windows with a high fashion factor.
• Collaboration with management to optimise the store's results.
• Organize and prioritise tasks according to needs, results and goals.
• Understand and deliver omni-service at a high level
• Plan and host LIVE shopping in line with the company’s guidelines.
• Ensure a shift schedule aligned with the budget and store needs.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate as Zizzi ambassador and store manager is someone who can step into a leadership role from the start. Therefore you have experience in sales and leadership, you have the ability to lead from the front and get your team to follow you, and you have a good business understanding.
