<p>Region Syddanmark er en af Danmarks fem regioner med ansvar for sundhedsvæsenet i den sydlige del af landet.</p><p>Kerneopgaven er drift og udvikling af regionens sygehuse, akutmodtagelser og specialiserede behandlingstilbud.</p><p>Regionen driver også psykiatri og en række sociale tilbud til borgere med særlige behov.</p><p>Derudover arbejder den med præhospital indsats, herunder ambulancer og koordinering før ankomst til hospital.</p><p>Region Syddanmark har også ansvar for regional udvikling, blandt andet mobilitet, klima, uddannelse og erhvervssamarbejde.</p><p>Organisationen er en meget stor offentlig arbejdsplads med både kliniske og administrative funktioner.</p><p>Mange medarbejdere er læger, sygeplejersker og andet sundhedspersonale, men der er også store stabe inden for IT, HR, økonomi og indkøb.</p><p>Regionen samarbejder tæt med kommuner, praksissektoren, universiteter og virksomheder om sundhed og udvikling.</p><p>Den har løbende behov for løsninger, der understøtter drift, digitalisering, datasikkerhed og effektiv ressourceanvendelse.</p><p>Som kunde er det en kompleks politisk styret organisation med formelle beslutningsprocesser og fokus på dokumentation.</p><p>Salgsdialog bør typisk kobles til patientsikkerhed, arbejdsmiljø, kvalitet, compliance eller bedre kapacitetsudnyttelse.</p><p>Det er relevant at tænke i skalerbare løsninger, fordi regionen omfatter mange enheder, lokationer og faggrupper.</p><p>Region Syddanmark er derfor en potentiel kunde med stor volumen, men også lange processer og høje krav til driftssikkerhed.</p>
