We are looking for dedicated and professionally skilled educators at Kløverløkken, so come on board if you can see yourself with us!

As we have staff who have sought new challenges – including as department head – we are looking for two full-time educators.

Kløverløkken has a unique location near the forest, lakes and playgrounds, all within walking distance.

Kløverløkken is a profile institution with a particular focus on “Culture and formation”, which we work into our curriculum development, as well as a strong focus on nature, play, language and music. In addition, we work in Fredericia with 4 guiding principles: language, mathematical awareness, future competences and well-being. All of these we are integrating into our curriculum work.

We are a multicultural institution, which contributes to many exciting experiences and challenges in our collaboration around the children, where our main partners are the parents. We have many collaboration surfaces with, among others, the other institutions in the district, PPR, health services, Family Department and cultural institutions in the area.

You will have colleagues who both have many years of experience with this child- and family group and new ones who bring new eyes to our practice. They will all help and support you in daily work. In addition, the pedagogical leader will provide professional sparring and guidance.

At Kløverløkken we believe that every child is unique and deserves to be met with respect and care. Our skilled and engaged educators work every day to create a warm and inclusive atmosphere, where play and learning go hand in hand. We emphasize strengthening the children’s social, emotional and cognitive development through presence, as well as through exciting activities and projects.

We are a house in rapid development, where neuropsychological relational pedagogy (NPRD) is in the process of being implemented as a fundamental way of viewing our child perspective and our approach to children. We do not expect you to have in-depth knowledge of NPRP and we would like to bring your areas of interest and competences into play as well.

In addition, we are developing exciting play environments on our playground, where we have just received a new campfire hut and other initiatives are on the way.

Salary and employment terms

According to the applicable agreement between KL and the negotiating organization.

References will be requested upon employment.

Criminal record check

Upon employment, a criminal record check will be obtained. The employment is conditional on the criminal record being free of any items of significance for performing the specific position

Children’s registry check

For hires involving work with children and young people, a children’s registry check will be obtained. Employment is conditional on a children’s registry check without remarks.

Fredericia Municipality is a tobacco-free workplace.

Fredericia Municipality offers the "Fredericia allowance" to all educators and teaching assistants as recognition of work with inclusive and participation-promoting child communities.

There are two permanent full-time positions of 34-37 hours per week.

Start date 1 January 2027.
