Here at Eventyrhuset we love play, adventures, learning and good laughter – and now we are looking for a new pedagogical colleague who will help make everyday life fun, safe and full of development for our lovely children.

About Eventyrhuset

Eventyrhuset is an age-integrated facility with a normed capacity of 104 children. We consist of two departments; a nursery department with 4 rooms and a kindergarten department with 3 rooms. Physically we are on two sites, but have access to each other via our fantastic playground. We value being one house where we daily share pedagogical reflections, hold staff meetings – and breaks together.

Pedagogically we work from the new view of the child, where the relationship between child and adult is equal. Children must be seen, heard and understood – it is their everyday life of which we are a part and therefore their co-determination in the pedagogical work we do is important. We know that children develop in safe relationships and therefore we focus on creating a circle of security around the child in collaboration with the parents. This circle is based on an equal partnership as well as a shared respectful and trusting relationship between parents and staff.

We believe that play is children’s most important learning space – and that adults who can play themselves make everyday life even better!

🕒 The practical

• The positions are 37 hours per week in the respective kindergarten and nursery.
• Starting: January 1, 2027 with the possibility of an early start
• Application deadline: November 29, 2026
