Through AW Academy, you have the opportunity to take a 12-week training program with the right qualities, giving you the chance to become an Oracle ERP Financials Consultant. After completing the training, you will work as a consultant for Accenture in a full-time position via Academic Work.

Through AW Academy’s Oracle program, we provide you with the fundamental competencies you need to start a new career as an application consultant with a focus on the Oracle Cloud platform. You will go through a unique training where you dive deep into Oracle Cloud. You will learn how to administer, maintain, and customize the platform for customers, as well as how customers can get the maximum benefit from Oracle.

Responsibilities

As a consultant at Accenture, you may be assigned to one or more projects, where you either work on-site with the client or from Accenture’s office. In the role, you help companies maximize Oracle Fusion by analyzing needs, configuring the solution, and ensuring the system supports the company’s business processes.

You will have close dialogue with the client’s domain specialists, such as controllers, accounting managers, and other key users, to understand their processes and needs. Tasks will include requirements specification, solution design, configuration, troubleshooting, debugging, migration tasks, as well as participation in testing phases and support. You will work closely with both the client and internal professional environments to deliver effective and future-proof solutions.

In each project you will be part of an interdisciplinary team responsible for the entire delivery – from strategy and design to development, testing, go-live, and further development. You will work closely with developers, architects, and testers, participate in technical discussions and professional sparring, and contribute to delivering robust high-quality solutions that create value for the client.

We are looking for someone who

• Have 3–6 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or supply chain (e.g., as a controller or accounting staff).
• Speak and write Danish and English fluently.
• Have a clear interest and motivation to work as an Oracle ERP Consultant.

Practical information about the training

AW Academy’s training is free. The program starts 07.01.2027 , and since it is an international program with participants from several countries, teaching takes place digitally. The program is full-time with mandatory instruction Monday to Friday from 08:00–16:00.

Our Recruitment Process

The process consists of two tests, a phone interview, an in-depth interview with Academic Work, a client interview, reference checks, background check via Semac, and contract signing. If you want to increase your chances of getting a place in the training, we recommend applying as soon as possible, as places are filled on an ongoing basis.
