3 chefs wanted for Yumi Sushi in Hobro

Yumi Sushi in Hobro is looking for 3 cooks for our restaurant at Søndre Kajgade 22, 9500 Hobro.

We are looking for

• 2 cooks with experience in sushi and Asian cooking
• 1 cook with experience in Chinese cooking

The duties include, among other things

• Preparation of sushi, sashimi, maki and other dishes
• Preparation and readiness of fish, vegetables and other ingredients
• Preparation of hot Asian dishes
• Ensuring good quality, hygiene and food safety
• Cleaning and maintenance of the work area
• Collaboration with the restaurant's other staff

We expect that you

• Have relevant experience from a restaurant or professional kitchen
• Can work independently and in a structured way
• Can work efficiently in busy periods
• Are responsible and have a focus on quality and hygiene
• Are flexible regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends

The positions are full-time.
