Our skilled business manager and Shop Manager at Shell in Brøndby are looking for a highly motivated partner as there is a maternity leave.

The temporary position runs from 23-12 to 31-1-2027 with the possibility of extension.

If you are keen to try your hand at an exciting position at Shell, then perhaps you are the one we are looking for.

We are looking for a new colleague who should be flexible and reliable with a desire to participate in the daily management together with the business manager, and you will have your own areas of responsibility. You will participate in achieving the store's sales targets and help to create continued growth.

You are, as a person, service-minded and take pride in giving customers an experience beyond the expected. You are outgoing and flexible – you are a fighter who knows that it takes hard and dedicated work to reach the goal.

It is natural for you to take the lead and show the way as a good example in terms of customer service and standards in the store. You also participate in the development of the other staff, so we ensure that the whole team is always highly motivated and ready.

. Your tasks include, among others

• Daily tasks
• Ensure that the store meets customers' expectations as well as Shell's standards - cleaning
• Sale of fuel, car wash, tips and lottery, groceries, confectionery, food and drinks, and much more.
• Ordering and replenishment of goods - tidying the store and forecourt

If you are fresh and positive, have the drive/will to take on a very independent job in a company under great development and you have a sense for sales and possibly experience from previous jobs, we look forward to hearing from you.
