ICDP – common pedagogical foundation

We work with ICDP (International Child Development Program) as a central part of our pedagogical approach.

All staff are trained in ICDP level 1 , which creates a common professional language and strengthens work with relational competence, affirmative interaction and children’s well-being and development.

Skovvejens School's BFO is located in lovely surroundings close to public transport, forest and nature.

We have a lively BFO with lots of activities, presence and high professionalism.

The collaboration between teachers and pedagogues is central, and we work systematically to clarify the role of the pedagogue in teaching.

We work systematically to strengthen children's well-being and communities through, among other things, Skolestyrken in collaboration with Børns Vilkår.

Hiring process and salary

The appointment date is no later than December 1, 2026, or as soon as possible.

The position is permanent and generally 37 hours.

We offer salary and employment terms according to the agreement for pedagogical staff in day care, club and leisure scheme. Employment takes place according to the principles of local wage formation and after agreement with the negotiating organization.

The salary range for the position is DKK 29,305 – 35,000 per month excluding pension for full-time employment (37 hours per week).

The final salary is set after negotiation between the employer and the trade union that holds the negotiating rights in the relevant collective agreement area. The salary depends, among other things, on your education, documented seniority and qualifications.

We will obtain criminal and child protection checks.
