Aage Vestergaard Larsen A/S seeks a PRODUCTION PLANNER – 4-MONTH TEMPORARY POSITION

Aage Vestergaard Larsen A/S processes plastic waste into a new recyclable plastic raw material. Stable and efficient production planning is crucial for our operations, and therefore we are looking for an experienced production planner for a 4-month temporary position.

The temporary position covers December 2026 as well as January, February and March 2027. The first month is allocated to handover, so you will receive a thorough introduction to tasks, workflows and systems. You will be responsible for detailed planning of the production at our extruders and for the daily handling of production orders in Navision version 18.

Job description

Your primary tasks will include

• Detailed planning of the production at the company's extruders.
• Creation, maintenance and completion of production orders in Navision version 18.
• Ongoing follow-up on production plans, capacity, materials and deadlines.
• Coordination with production and other relevant functions about changes and priorities.
• Ensuring correct registrations and data in Navision.
• Contributing to month-end close, including control and closing of open orders.
• Purchasing consumables for production.

Qualifications

• You have experience with production planning, preferably from a process- or manufacturing company.
• It is important that you have worked with and have good knowledge of Navision version 18.
• You have experience with creation, follow-up and completion of production orders.
• You work in a structured and detail-oriented way and keep an overview when plans change.
• You can work independently, take responsibility and follow up tasks to completion.
• You communicate clearly and collaborate well with colleagues across the organisation.
• You master Danish in writing and speaking and are generally familiar with IT systems.

You are offered

A 4-month temporary position with a thorough handover period in December 2026 and independent responsibility for the daily production planning in January, February and March 2027.

You will become part of a workplace with short decision paths and engaged colleagues. Salary and terms of employment are agreed based on the requirements of the position and your qualifications.

The position is 37 hours per week, and the workplace is fixed at our address in Mariager.
