In our outsourcing department we help our clients with bookkeeping, payroll and financial reporting. You will have a daily life with a lot of client contact, and it will be an advantage if you are passionate about making a difference for the clients while also having an eye for optimization and digitization.

Your day-to-day at Beierholm

As an Accounting Consultant you will take on responsibility for bookkeeping, reporting and financial sparring for your clients. Your tasks include onboarding of new clients, advisory and operations. A large part of the work also lies in digitizing the clients' processes, as that is where the major efficiency gains lie.

Your tasks and areas of responsibility will be tailored to your competencies, experience and ambitions, but can include, among others, the following:

• Bookkeeping from A-Z
• Reconciliations and submissions
• Period balances, reporting and year-end
• Training of younger colleagues
• VAT and duties
• Onboarding of new clients
• Digitization of processes
• Responsibility for your own client portfolio
• Advice and dialogue with the clients
• We offer the necessary training and, in collaboration, we lay out a plan for your development and career.

Your profile

As an Accounting Consultant at Beierholm you will have an exciting day-to-day, where your ability to read your clients, uncover their needs and provide competent sparring is in focus. You communicate at eye level, are present in your approach, and you are eager to take on a broad and varied portfolio of tasks.

Your educational background is not decisive. What matters is that you have experience and competencies within bookkeeping, accounting and reporting – and you can also have experience from audit.

• Experience from a similar role, where you have served a broad portfolio of clients
• Motivation to make a difference for the clients
• Detail-oriented, organized and always meet your commitments
• Interest in development, systems, digitization, etc.
• Natural willingness to take responsibility
• Experience with different bookkeeping systems E-conomic and Business Central is an advantage
