Streamlining and digitization of processes

Today, the finance function is changing due to new digital solutions and integrated systems. It takes time, resources and competences to familiarize yourself with the new possibilities, and therefore many of Beierholm's clients choose either full or partial outsourcing of their finance function. We help our clients with both operations, efficiency improvements and optimization of their finance function.

Your everyday life at Beierholm

As an Accounting Consultant you will take on the responsibility for bookkeeping, reporting and financial sparring for the department's clients. Your tasks include onboarding of new clients, advisory and operations. A large part of the job also involves digitizing the clients' processes, as that is where the significant efficiency gains lie.

Your tasks and areas of responsibility are adapted to your competences, experience and ambitions, but may include the following:

• Bookkeeping from A to Z
• Reconciliations and submissions
• Period-end balances, reporting and year-end closure
• VAT and duties
• Onboarding of new clients
• Digitization of processes
• Responsible for your own client portfolio
• Advice and dialogue with the clients

Your profile

As an Accounting Consultant at Beierholm you will have an exciting daily life where your ability to read your clients, uncover their needs and provide competent sparring is in focus. You communicate at eye level, are present in your approach, and are eager to take on a broad and varied portfolio of tasks.

Your educational background is not decisive. What matters is that you have experience and competences within bookkeeping, accounting and reporting. At the same time you preferably have:

• Experience from a similar role, where you have served a broad portfolio of clients
• Motivation to make a difference for the clients
• Attention to detail, orderliness and keeping your promises
• Interest in learning more, systems, digitization etc.
• Experience with bookkeeping systems such as E-conomic and BC, but this is not a requirement
• Natural desire to take responsibility
