Aftermarket Assistant for Stiholt Hydraulic in Ringsted

At Stiholt Hydraulic in Ringsted, we are seeking an aftermarkets assistant who will be an important link between the workshop, spare parts, administration, and customers. You will work closely with the foreman and will also serve as a replacement for the foreman during illness, holidays and meetings.

You will have a varied daily life with different tasks, a high tempo and lots of contact across the company. At the same time you will have the opportunity to shape the role and develop your tasks in line with the workshop's needs.

Your role: You will work closely with the foreman and your colleagues in the workshop and on the warehouse. An important part of your work will be to ensure that tasks are coordinated, and that both colleagues and customers get the help they need.

Your main tasks will be

• Preparation of work cards for invoicing
• Ordering spare parts for workshop tasks
• Coordination between the workshop, warehouse and customers
• Telephone contact with customers and partners
• Collaboration with the foreman on planning and coordination
• Administrative tasks related to daily operations

Who are you? Your educational background is not decisive. Perhaps you have experience from a workshop, spare parts warehouse or an administrative role close to operations and service. Experience from truck, auto, construction or hydraulic industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
