Alert night nurse wanted for Agertoften

Do you want to help create good and safe nights for young people and adults?

At Agertoften we are currently seeking an awake night guard for a permanent position with start no later than 01.01.27

The position is 30 hours per week, but also possibility for full-time.

As the day comes to an end and the house settles, an important task begins.

As an awake night guard you help create safety, predictability and stable frameworks during the night hours.

A typical day for us

At Agertoften we work with young people and adults with autism and/or ADHD as well as comorbid diagnoses.

Common to the target group is the need for clear boundaries, known structure, predictability and secure relationships.

We have 10 approved places and work in spacious and home-like environments, where relationships, presence and high professionalism are the foundation of our work.

The night shifts are organized with a fixed presence of three awake night guards, which contributes to increased safety, professional sparring and a qualified handling of the target group’s support needs during the night hours.

Your tasks

As an awake night guard you will be an important part of the residents’ daily life.

Your tasks will include, among others, to

• Ensure calm, safety and presence through the night
• Observe and document
• Handover and follow-up
• Contribute to creating structure and continuity around the residents
• Awake presence and supervision
• 1:1 support
• Structure and guidance according to individual needs
• Practical tasks
