Alminde-Viuf Fællesskole is looking for you who want to be an active and engaged part of our AKT team, where our shared goal is to contribute to well-being, learning and development for all, as well as create good and strong children's communities. You will be a co-creator of a culture where children's development and well-being are in focus for all pedagogical and professional work.

We focus on ensuring that all children have the opportunity to participate in meaningful and developmental communities, where all children are participants but have different prerequisites for contributing to the community. There is therefore a focus on the conditions that matter for how it can be achieved. You are driven by the vision of the good childhood, and you will work in close collaboration with your colleagues to create equal opportunities for participation for all children, with a focus on every child doing the best they can, and often much more than they themselves think.

We are looking for you who have broad experience with AKT work in the school. A colleague who will help further develop our AKT and who will place the child's voice at the center. For us it is therefore important that you can translate your entire professional and pedagogical toolkit into direct concrete actions, which are both preventive and supportive. Interventions and resources are prioritized where they have the greatest impact on the children, and you therefore know that the day can look different from what was planned. The position is permanent and 30-37 hours per week depending on your wishes.

You will have great influence on the tasks which will include

• Primarily focus on the upper school and SSP collaboration.
• Be one of the driving forces behind Robuste unge/MOT.
• Further develop initiatives in collaboration with the AKT team.
• Individual conversations with children, programs in class communities, group programs, individual support and support in classes, preventive initiatives, mm
• Be present in the youths' breaks, and have an eye for what occupies the young people today.
• Professional and pedagogical sparring with colleagues.
• Documentation, administrative work, meetings with parents and external partners (PPR, Skoda, health visiting, UU etc.).

Alminde-Viuf Fællesskole has from this school year started collaboration with MOT Denmark in both the lower and upper school. We expect to have middle grades with from August 2027.
