Job Description

Areas you will be trained in

• Ensure a smooth and timely flow in customs handling processes
• Ensure correct and timely registration of data in our operations systems
• Monitor and follow up on customs cases and prepare reporting
• Ensure correct and timely customer invoicing
• Understand customers' needs and ensure compliance with internal procedures (SOPs), customer instructions and expectations
• Transfer information for customs declarations from documents and other sources to the customs system to ensure valid customs declarations
• Assist with verification of information in customs declarations and submission to customs authorities
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules and legislation at all times

Qualifications

We expect

• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Proactive approach and strong organizational and IT competencies
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Fluent Danish and English, both spoken and written
