Stillingsbeskrivelse

As our AI architect you help customers set up an AI-supported development chain. From requirements to operations - so AI can carry a real part of the work, safely, traceably and with a measurable benefit. You work hands-on with what is needed for the transformation to be delivered - closely linked to the decisions management must make.

AI has made it cheap to write code. The hard part now is to define when the code is right (test oracle) and to adapt workflows and interfaces to the AI potential. That is your domain: You determine what "correct" means in practice and what it means for the delivery model, and you build the framework within which both humans and AI operate.

Arbejdsopgaver

• Rådgivning og vurdering: Provide the client with an overview of the codebase, architecture and development methods, and assess where AI creates value now, where there is a need to clean up, and where it does not make sense.
• Arkitektur og fundament: Define the architecture into which new solutions are built, so security, performance and operations are considered from the start.
• Kvalitetssikring: Ensure that the client can see whether the work is correct, without a person having to read every line, with tests and clear acceptance criteria, even when old systems are moved.
• Legacy-systemer: Advise on how older systems are prepared for AI: what needs to be cleaned up, what should be kept, and what can be phased out when systems are moved or combined.
• AI-governance: Define together with the client what AI agents may and may not do, and ensure that it is adhered to in practice, including with the supplier.
• Leverandørstyring: Advise the client on setting the right requirements when a supplier uses AI, and on controlling what is delivered.
• Gevinstrealisering: Measure with the client whether the gain is real: whether task #2 actually becomes cheaper than #1, and whether the code is still maintainable a year later.
• Metodeudvikling: Develop our methods and translate what you see with customers into new offerings.

Problems with AI manifest differently across different customers: in the contract, in the codebase, in the test basis, in operations, in the delivery model or in the steering group. You dive into the layer where the problem lies, even when it is not your area of expertise.

Vi forventer

You probably have 8+ years of experience as a software or solution architect, lead developer or in a similar role, and you have contributed to developing and operating customized systems.

• have used AI code tools and agents in real deliveries - and know where they fail.
• have practical experience with test automation, CI/CD, static analysis and architecture tests and can set measurable quality requirements for new code.
• have experience with modernising or migrating older systems.
• can work with problems that do not yet have a method. AI presents challenges that no one has solved yet.
• are not satisfied with the effect simply looking right - you figure out how it can be verified.
• can explain architecture and risk so that both a director and a developer understand it, and write precisely in Danish and English.

Experience from public sector clients is an advantage.
