  • Actively and positively participate in translating health reform's new framework into concrete, well-functioning workflows in our clinic with the aim of raising the quality of patient pathways
  • Have good communication skills, as it is our most important work tool.
  • Focus on good collaboration based on the value that everyone is equally essential in the good patient journey
  • Carry out your practice with experience and great empathy and ethics in relation to a very vulnerable patient and caregiver group
  • Be curious and adaptable in a daily life where we have a large responsibility to ensure good quality and optimize patient pathways as needed

We offer

  • At Demensklinik Lillebælt, a good working environment means we take care of each other. We each work independently, but place high value on meeting a few times during a workday for breaks or conferences. We have an environment where there is room to ask for help, just as we wonder and reflect together
  • Introduction of everyone in the team at the same time as you are assigned a nursing mentor
  • The introductory program will provide you with training in dementia diseases and treatment, the consequences of having dementia, collaboration with relatives and other partners. In addition, there will be focus on training in performing relevant cognitive tests and taking medical history
  • After the first part of the introduction, you will, together with the mentor, plan the continued training program
