Are you a social- and health care helper and dream of studying further to become a social- and health care assistant?

Morsø Municipality is seeking students for the main course of the Social and Health Care Assistant education with start in school period 1B on January 13, 2027.

With a Social and Health Care Assistant education you will be part of the front-line staff working with meaningful tasks within nursing, prevention, health promotion and rehabilitation. The education gives you broad professional competence and a large, responsible field of work.

You will work closely with the education manager, supervisor, colleagues and the school, who will all actively participate in your education.

• That you are proactive and curious
• That you are responsible and can reflect on your own practice
• That you actively participate in the work community and are prepared for varying working hours: day, evening and weekend.

Admission requirements

The admission requirement for the main course as a merit student is that you are trained as a social- and health care helper.

We expect to conduct interviews on November 18, 2026

Other information

The position is 37 hours per week.

You will be employed by Morsø Municipality and will be introduced before start.

You must cover your own expenses for books, computer and other necessary materials used in the training.

It is an advantage if you have a driving license.

Salary is paid in arrears.

Foreign nationals must attach a copy of their work and residence permit.

Remember to attach relevant documents, such as exam certificates, documentation of employments, CV and a motivated application of about one A4 page.

You may also attach references from previous workplaces or educations.

We would like to point out that a criminal record and child-related certificate will be obtained in connection with a job offer.

Please note that your data will be shared with VEVO School in Thisted if you are employed, to clarify your educational course. Morsø Municipality will file your data when you apply regarding education.
