Are you on top of the payroll? We are looking for a payroll and HR consultant for our HR staff

When questions about salary and personnel arise, it should be easy to get the right answer.

Behind the simple answer lies of course keeping track of pay, contracts, collective agreements, agreements and deadlines, but it's also about our managers and employees experiencing that it's easy to get competent help when they need it.

This is where you come into the picture, and if you have special expertise in the payroll area, you will also have the opportunity to bring it into play and take responsibility for more specialized tasks.

Welcome to your new team

You will become part of the HR Staff, where we are 14 colleagues working with the entire HR spectrum: payroll and personnel administration, HR development, working environment and personnel law.

We have high professional ambitions, but professionalism and workplace joy are not opposites. On the contrary. Therefore you will have colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge, help each other and also have room for a good laugh during the workday.

You will become part of our payroll team, where you will have your own areas of responsibility and a team backing you. We are constantly focusing on developing ourselves, and you will have a real opportunity to influence how we distribute and solve tasks going forward.

What you will be working with

Your daily work will be varied, but your professional focal point is payroll and personnel administration.

You will among other things

• handle payroll tasks and workflows in connection with hires and changes
• draft employment contracts, change letters, etc.
• Implement new legislation and collective agreements
• follow up on reimbursements related to sickness and maternity leave
• advise on salary placement and contact with the trade unions
• advise and assist managers and employees with pay and personnel matters, collective agreements and working-time agreements
• give new managers a good introduction to the payroll and personnel area

And whatever else you can contribute…..

In short, you are one of those who keep the HR engine running.

Who do we hope you are?

You have an administrative education and experience with the payroll and personnel area.

If you have already worked in KMD OPUS, we will of course be happy, but if you have not, we will teach you. For us, your approach to the task is at least as important as the systems you have previously worked with.

We especially hope that you

• enjoy working with numbers, details and deadlines. If you have experience with or flair for extracting data from payroll systems, that's a big plus
• work in a structured way and have an eye for quality
• are a strong IT user
• can work independently, but also enjoy helping your colleagues perform well
• can translate rules and collective agreements into advice that is easy to understand
• want to learn new things and contribute to the development of our team.

And you should also be the type who speaks up when you see a smarter way to do things.

A few words about the framework of the job

We are based in our new town hall in Herlev City Centre with modern surroundings and room for different ways of working.

You will have flexible working hours and the possibility of home working. And if it suits you, you can arrange two weeks’ work in nine working days and thus take every other Friday off.
