We at Løvdalen Care Center are looking for you as our new hourly-paid colleague. You, who are passionate about helping other people and who perhaps have a health care background or wish to obtain one.

We are looking for

Hourly paid staff to assist with shifts on an ongoing basis; it can be any shift you want, but it may also be that you want to help in a specific shift, only weekends or only weekdays. Together with you we will lay out a plan for shifts and meeting times that also fits into your other life. We are however seeking help with shifts now and here, but also for when we take holidays, send colleagues on courses or simply when we need an extra hand.

• ensuring a fixed team of permanent staff as well as known hourly paid staff around the residents
• preserving the good and cozy meals
• creating homely and cozy surroundings
• ensuring opportunities for movement and activities and by supporting friendships

At Løvdalen Care Center you will experience present colleagues and management who, together with you, want to ensure a good everyday life for the residents, where both residents and their families can feel safe. We are a care center with 3 departments with a total of 68 residents and 1 department with 6 waiting places. The departments are divided into smaller units, where we in small teams provide care and support to a total of 8-10 residents per unit.

We have a workplace we are proud of, where we pull together and we place the work environment and flexibility high on the agenda. You will therefore always experience that you are listened to, and that we are at your disposal. We work from person-centered care and the activating approach.

• You will receive a thorough and individually tailored introduction with training in patient transfer and our documentation system Nexus.
• You will become part of a dedicated and professionally strong colleague group, where you can always get sparring, help and support.
• You will become part of a colleague group with professional backgrounds, such as social and health care aides, social and health care assistants, pedagogues, kitchen assistants and nurses. We all have something important to contribute with, and we all have a say.

We are beautifully located in Frederiksværk, only 20 minutes from Hillerød and Helsinge.

The position is to be filled as soon as possible.
