We are seeking an experienced and professionally strong social worker for the specialized adult area from 1 November 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter. Your tasks

You will be responsible for a broad and exciting portfolio, where you will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and partners:

• § 96 Citizen-Driven Personal Assistance (BPA) If you have experience, that is a clear advantage. If you want to develop yourself, you will be helped with training. The tasks are complex and require strong professional assessments, structure and overview.
• Case processing and decisions under the Social Services Act §§ 84, 85, 98, 103, 104, 107 and 108. You will work with citizens who have extensive and composite needs – and you will be an important actor in ensuring the right intervention at the right time.
• Adult assessments (VUM 2.0) and § 141 action plans
• Transition collaboration at 16/17-year meetings
• Advice and guidance to citizens and relatives
• Interdisciplinary meetings and collaboration with internal and external actors
• Ad-hoc tasks that support the department’s development and quality.

We are looking for you who…

• Are a trained social worker – and preferably have experience from adult authority
• Are interested in the specialized area and thrive with complex issues
• Have a strong sense of structure and can prioritize in a day that is never the same
• Are independent, but at the same time a team player who actively contributes to the community
• Are financially responsible and can balance professionalism and economy
• Thrive in the authority role and can stand clearly in dialogue with citizens and collaboration partners
• Communicate clearly – both verbally and in writing
• Contribute to a healthy working environment and value a social and inclusive colleague community
• Maybe you know KMD Nexus – otherwise you’ll learn it quickly
• Have a valid driving license.
