About the job
About the job Rudersdal Ejendomme søger en arkitektfaglig projektleder til strategisk space planning, udvikling af kommunens fysiske rammer og indretning af arbejdspladser, institutioner og øvrige kommunale bygninger.
You will become part of Team Byggeri, which is responsible for planning, development and execution of the municipality's construction and renovation projects.
We are seeking an architecturally qualified profile who is motivated to create coherence between users' needs and the physical framework.
You have experience as an architect, building constructor or consultant and have worked with interior design, workplaces, user processes or development of buildings. You are curious about how physical frameworks can support well-being, collaboration, learning and the core mission, and you are motivated to translate complex needs into concrete solutions.
The position is for you who thrive at the intersection of strategy, analysis, development and project implementation, and who want to influence the development of the municipality's buildings across the entire property portfolio.
About you A central part of the role is working with strategic space planning and area optimization across the municipality's properties. You must analyse needs, identify opportunities and translate them into concrete interior and development projects that create value for users and the organisation.
You will be responsible for developing and translating strategies for the use and interior design of the municipality's buildings. In collaboration with colleagues, users and management you shall create solutions that support the municipality's needs and ensure the best possible use of the physical framework.
You will work closely with schools, kindergartens, the disability sector, cultural institutions and administrative units to understand their needs and translate them into well-functioning and future-proof physical frameworks.
Your primary tasks will be
- Strategic space planning and area optimization
- Development of interior design and use strategies for the municipality's buildings
- Project management of smaller reconstruction and renovation projects
- Architectural professional advice and sparring across the organisation
- Analysis of building use and development potential
- Dialogue and user involvement in connection with changes to physical frameworks
- Task solving in collaboration with special schools, the disability area and other subject areas
- Handling ad hoc tasks and concrete interior needs
- Support for management and employees through data and analyses of building usage
Depending on your competences and interests there will be opportunities to work with development areas such as universal design, sustainability, design strategies, digitalisation and IoT.
We work with quality management and high professional standards. Knowledge sharing, multidisciplinary collaboration and shared responsibility for task solving are a natural part of our daily work.
Your profile You have a construction-related education as an architect, building constructor or equivalent relevant background.
We imagine that you
- Have experience with space planning, workplace interior design or development of physical frameworks
- Understand the interplay between users' needs and the buildings' functions
- Can translate analyses and strategic considerations into concrete solutions
- Thrive in dialogue with users, managers and professional partners
- Work independently and in a structured manner
- Have good collaboration and coordination skills
- Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
- Are curious about new solutions and development opportunities
It is an advantage if you have experience with CAD and/or Revit.
You must be prepared to work in a politically led organisation where priorities and framework conditions can change over time.
Why you should choose us With us you will have the opportunity to work on some of the municipality's most exciting development tasks within the use, interior design and optimization of buildings.
You will become part of a department with high professional standards and a strong collegial community, where we work across disciplines and share knowledge with each other. At the same time you will have great influence on your own tasks and the opportunity to shape the development of the municipality's property portfolio.
In Rudersdal Municipality we prioritise employee well-being, work environment, quality and competency development highly.
About Properties You will become part of the Property Department in Properties and Spaces and report to the team leader of Team Byggeri.
The Property Department employs about 35 staff and is responsible for a property portfolio of around 400 buildings with a total area of about 300,000 m². The portfolio ranges from listed and preservation-worthy properties to modern, DGNB-certified buildings.
The department works with new construction, maintenance, energy optimization, property management, leasing and strategic development of the municipality's buildings. The staff represent a wide range of disciplines, including architects, building constructors, engineers, administrators and lawyers.
Team Byggeri is responsible for planning, development and execution of the municipality's construction and renovation projects. We work closely across disciplines and solve tasks across the entire property portfolio, from strategic development projects and space planning to renovation and construction projects.
You will be employed by the Properties and Spaces with the workplace at the Town Hall in Holte, close to Holte Station.
