Assistant Store Manager for Ejvinds in Ringkøbing

Our cozy café in Ringkøbing pedestrian street is a place where the atmosphere is good, the pace changes, and guests come for bread, cake, coffee and a smile. Now we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager – a strong, positive and responsible colleague who becomes the store manager's right hand and can take the lead when she isn't there.

Your role in the store

You are the one who makes things run smoothly. You have an overview, energy and the willingness to take responsibility – both when it is quiet and when there is full speed. You help create the great experience Ejvinds is known for.

Your tasks

• Expedition of customers in store and café
• Serving bread, cakes, sandwiches, coffee and to-go orders
• Stock ordering and daily coordination
• Ensure that the shop is clean, nice and inviting
• Keep an overview of operations and personnel
• Contribute to a positive, stable and energetic work environment

Working hours & start

• 30–37 hours per week
• fixed weekly day off
• weekend shifts every 3rd weekend
• weekday shifts mainly 5:30–13:30
• weekend shifts typically until 12
• start: as soon as possible

The team

You will be part of a fixed staffing of 3–4 employees, supplemented by capable schoolgirls and -boys.
