What you'll do

As an Associate Consultant in Google Ads (PPC) you will become an important piece in the work of creating digital results that can be felt – whether it’s a newly started tech company or an established, international group with ambitious growth goals. You will have responsibility early in the process and be supported by a strong team of specialists who help you get off to a good start and quickly gain influence on the clients' performance.

Your daily work will revolve around data, optimization and business goals. You will work hands-on with performance marketing on platforms such as Google Search, YouTube, Google Shopping and Display, and your task will be to ensure that our clients get maximum value out of their advertising budget. You will dive into everything from campaign structure and bidding strategies to conversion tracking and ongoing optimization – always with a focus on performance and measurable results.

From day one you will be an active part of the client dialogue. You will regularly meet with both new and existing clients to understand their business, map growth potential and adjust the strategy based on data and results. It is you who digs into the numbers, asks the right questions and ensures that we reach the goals. It’s about thinking analytically, understanding the client’s business – and using your knowledge to create real impact.

Experience you'll bring

This may not be the most classic job description – because we actually want to start by telling you what we do not expect from you. You don't need more years of experience with social media or a heavy background in digital marketing. The most important thing for us is something else: your motivation and your mindset.

We get most excited when we meet a candidate who is curious about performance marketing and motivated to become skilled – even if you are still at the start of your journey. We are a performance marketing agency, where the focus is on data, effect and business results – not on developing creative campaign universes.

Therefore we emphasise that you

• have a genuine interest in digital marketing, especially social media and their role in business growth
• are analytically minded and thrive in a data- and number-driven environment
• have a strong work ethic and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• are well-spoken – both orally and in writing in Danish
• have an emerging understanding of how businesses operate and think growth
• bring good energy and contribute positively to the team
• are ambitious, quick to learn and ready to put in the effort to become among the best in the field
• Have +/- 1 year of experience with digital marketing

It’s a plus (but not a requirement) if you already have a sense of Google Ads advertising, whether through studies, a previous job, internship or perhaps your own projects.
