Maternity leave substitute for the Special Kindergarten Fuglereden

We have a full-time maternity cover at Special Nursery Fuglereden to be filled as soon as possible – until and including July 31, 2027.

Special Nursery Fuglereden is an integrated institution in Støvring, for children with special needs such as autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, attachment disorders, visual/hearing and communication difficulties and multiple functional impairments. At present we have 15 children enrolled.

We are a staff group with a good working community, who are passionate about using our pedagogical expertise, and take co-responsibility for the development of the house's culture and pedagogical practice.

It is important for us that our children get the opportunity to develop as much independence and life skills as possible. They should have as many warm experiences and good practical learning communities with them as possible. We work with an attitude that through equality, care and presence we create a safe and trusting foundation for development. Our view of humanity is appreciative.

The employees are characterized by being engaged and they dare to stand by their professionalism. There is room here for both care and humor in daily life. Our institution shares the building with Børnehuset Fuglsang, which we see as a great advantage in terms of being able to mirror the ordinary sector.

Special Nursery Fuglereden is part of Dagtilbud Syd, and is budgeted separately. We work based on Rebild Municipality's vision for the children and youth area, the municipality's shared view of children and Dagtilbud Syd's framework for an binding community with expectations to parents, employees and leaders. This means that there is an open and active dialogue about practice, about core tasks and about quality in our house. It enables open processes where you can apply your professional judgment.

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement between KL and BUPL.

In connection with the appointment, a children's police certificate will be obtained.
