The Club & The Shrimp, which is part of Waldorf Group and located at the Sankt Annæ Hotel in the heart of Copenhagen. Waldorf Group is behind a number of restaurants and concepts in the city – among others Bavette, Boullion, Fattys and Mio. About The Club & The Shrimp

The Club is an old-school cocktail bar with a focus on classic cocktails and an exclusive, relaxed atmosphere. Here we serve everything from a classic Dry Martini to timeless cocktail favorites – always with respect for the good craft. The bar is closely connected to Restaurant The Shrimp, which is located in a beautiful, hidden atrium courtyard. Here classic French cuisine meets a modern New Yorker vibe, and our guests are both local and international.

About the job

We are looking for a bartender and are hoping for someone who wants to be part of the bar and learn the trade even better. Maybe you already have experience as a bartender. Maybe you have worked with service and are ready to take the next step behind the bar. The most important for us is that you are curious, engaged and want to become skilled. You will become part of a team where we pay attention to details, help each other and go the extra mile to ensure our guests have a good experience – every single evening.

Your tasks will include

• Prepare and serve cocktails and drinks
• Provide our guests with attentive and professional service
• Take orders via POS system – both drinks and food
• Serve food at the bar and sometimes in the restaurant
• Keep the bar clean, presentable and well-organized
• Work closely with the restaurant, kitchen and the rest of the team
• Contribute to the good atmosphere and the overall guest experience
• Learn and develop your bartender skills as you become part of the team

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from bar, restaurant, café or other service
• Has an interest in cocktails and a desire to learn more
• Is curious, engaged and takes responsibility
• Has a sense for quality and details
• Is approachable and naturally good with people
• Can keep an overview when it’s busy
• Is reliable and flexible regarding evening and weekend work
• Most importantly, has the desire and passion to create great experiences
