Job description

As a full-time bartender you will have a lot of responsibility in daily operations and on selected shifts you will lead the bar. At times you will be alone with many tasks, where it is important that you can maintain an overview, make independent decisions and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Your tasks will include, among other things, the following

• Open and close the bar
• Take full responsibility on selected evenings
• Ensure that staff maintain a quality you can stand behind
• Serve cocktails and beer of high quality to guests
• Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the bar area
• Take initiative and lead in daily operations
• Be part of a passionate team and actively contribute to the bar’s success

We are looking for someone who

• Has a couple of years of experience as a bartender in nightlife
• Thrives with responsibility and can work independently – even when the pace is high
• Takes natural initiative and is not afraid to lead from the front
• Is outgoing, friendly and has a good sense of service
• Is ready to work in a busy environment, especially on weekends and evenings
• Is very flexible and reliable
• Can navigate in an environment where communication is primarily in English
• And last but not least loves being part of a social environment

• Between 25 and 35 hours per week - In periods there can be more than 35 hours
