Bartenders wanted for a new project

In November the Norrlyst Koncernen opens the doors to Tamashii - a new ambitious restaurant project at one of Copenhagen's most unique locations

Tamashii means “soul” in Japanese, and the kitchen will be modern Asian with Henrik Jyrk's personal touch. The ambition is high, with technique and ingredient quality at the sharp end, but without the formality often associated with fine dining.

From kitchen and service to the wine list and interior, Tamashii is created with an ambition to reach Michelin level.

The role

As a bartender you will be an important part of the bar's daily operations and guest experience.

You work in a high tempo environment with high standards, where you help ensure that guests receive an experience that is efficient, attentive and well-functioning.

You make cocktails, serve wine and beverages and at the same time help create the atmosphere that makes the bar a place guests want to linger.

We imagine that you

• Have experience as a bartender – preferably from a busy and ambitious bar or restaurant.
• Have solid understanding of cocktails, spirits and/or wine.
• Thrive in a fast pace and keep an overview in service.
• Are outgoing, approachable and good at making contact with guests.
• Are a team player, contributing to good energy behind the bar.
• Are keen to develop your skills and become even sharper in the craft.
