Become a communications intern at FOF Aarhus

Are you sharp at writing and creative with communication?

Then you might be our next intern in the communications department at FOF Aarhus!

Our six-month internship is for you who are pursuing a higher education in communication or the like, and who want to test yourself in the real world and translate theory into practice.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an intern who has the desire and energy to work with communication and dissemination in a company that offers a large number of courses, events, lectures and excursions every year. You will become part of a communication team of three permanent employees.

What do we offer?

An internship period with a strong focus on communicative work depending on interest and professional level. We give you the opportunity for an internship where you can gain practical, professional and personal competences in performing, organizing and communicating – depending on what you want, what you are interested in and what you are passionate about! You thus have plenty of opportunity to shape your internship in the direction you want.

What you will get to try your hand at

• Idea and concept development of new communicative initiatives (e.g., video, newsletters, events, specific campaigns, partnerships, etc.)
• Copywriting for print and digital media
• Participation in planning/storyboarding, filming and editing of video material for Social Media, ads, web and others

Who are you?

• You are currently pursuing a relevant higher education within communication, marketing, language, media studies, or similar.
• You are interested in communication
• You are passionate about and have a flair for writing and have a solid grasp of Danish grammar

At the evening school FOF Aarhus you can participate in timely debates and lectures, enjoy wonderful cultural and travel experiences, broaden your world with a language course, stay fit at one of our many exercise classes, spice up everyday life with a cooking course, unleash your creative impulse, feel the joy of music and singing lessons, and much more.

We are indeed a living house with more than 3,500 courses and lectures per year, and we have around 500 teachers affiliated, who all create good experiences and learning for as many people as possible.

Workplace and duration

You will become part of our office at H.H. Seedorffs Stræde 7, 8000 Aarhus C.

The internship is 30-37 hours per week, and the internship period is four to six months. The period can be extended if your education allows, and this is an unpaid internship.
