Are you ready to take on the challenge?

• Customer service
• Phone handling and answering emails
• Handling of AIA, ABA and CTS alarms
• CCTV monitoring
• Access control operation
• Reporting in 24-hour reports
• Patrols

You are Securitas’ outward-facing face and the first that our customers' customers meet.

We are seeking a full-time day shift position for a client in the Capital Region. The shifts are 12 hours, and since we cover the location every day of the week, there will also be weekend work.

For 12-hour shifts, you will have about 14 shifts per month for a full-time position. The more flexible you are, the more flexible we can be the other way.

What are our expectations of you?

• You have completed AMU Basic Security Guard Course
• You have good knowledge of AIA, ADK and TVO, and preferably experience as a security guard
• You have strong IT skills and are quick to learn new things
• You thrive in an environment that can at times be hectic, and you can maintain an overview in pressurized situations
• You present yourself well, approachable and authoritative, and your uniform will be a suit
• You have good situational awareness and communicate clearly in all situations
• You are observant, detail-oriented and know what it takes to do reporting
• You have a category B driver’s license
• You have a clean criminal record in accordance with the Security Act
