Gate guard for a combined security shift in Frederiksværk and Frederikssund

About the position

The position is primarily a day shift with shifts at two customers and a contractual hourly rate of 120-130 hours per month. There will also be good opportunities for additional shifts in connection with holiday relief, illness coverage and assignments at other customers.

The main working hours currently fall within the following time frames

• 05:45-17:45
• 06:00-18:00
• 07:00-19:00

In addition, evening, night and weekend shifts may occur in connection with shift swapping, holidays and illness. Since we deliver security solutions 24/7, year-round, flexibility is an important part of the position.

You will be part of a stable and well-functioning team that together ensures high quality, security and service at the customer.

Responsibilities

As a gatekeeper you are part of a trusted function, where you are the face of the customer and the company outward. You help ensure that access, security and service procedures are followed, while guests, employees and partners experience professional and accommodating service.

The task requires good situational awareness, a sharp overview and an ability to juggle several tasks at once. Since the workdays are never the same, it is important that you understand how to use your common sense and that you have a friendly and calm authority that makes you handle any situation generously and without bias.

Tasks

Your duties will include, among other things

• Registration, weighing and access control of vehicles and people.
• Conducting security briefings for guests.
• Issuing guest and access cards.
• Guidance and directing of guests, drivers and craftsmen.
• Answering and redirecting phone calls.
• Reception and coordination with emergency services.

· Guiding and informing emergency services and handling digital emergency systems.

• Updating visitor and guest lists.
• Registration and reporting in Guardtools.
• Control of outbound vehicles.
• Patrols, security checks and lock-up rounds.
• Collaboration with colleagues on daily operations.
• Other service and security tasks in accordance with current service orders and the customer's needs.

We expect that you

• Have completed and passed the mandatory course Basic Guard .
• SPEAKS AND understands Danish and English at user level and preferably several languages, as there are many nationalities at our customer.
• Have good IT skills at user level.
• Can present a clean criminal record in accordance with the Security Company Act § 7, Penal Code § 78 and applicable specifications for security companies.

Additionally, it is an advantage, but not a requirement, that you have

· Experience with Guardtools or similar systems.

· Experience with or knowledge of ISPS rules.
