Your upcoming job in Operational Excellence

In Operations Optimization/Operational Excellence we are looking for a curious and hardworking student assistant who is keen to help widely. You will get both practical tasks and tasks that require analysis, structure and independent thinking. You should thrive with both parts and be ready to help where the need is. You will become part of a central unit that improves processes and workflows across the Nykredit group.

You will also become part of a group where we, among other things, promise opportunities and development for those who want and can. You will also experience this through, for example, our young/student network, Nykredit Youth. Here you will be regularly invited to professional talks with, for example, our own board members as speakers, as well as events where you get the opportunity to network with other young people from across the group.

The position is, as a rule, approximately 15-20 hours per week spread over about 3 days and can be adapted to your studies.

Are you motivated by optimizing workflows and helping others?

Then you have come to the right place. As a student assistant with us, you can look forward to working on:

• Prepare and update analyses, reporting and dashboards, e.g., in Excel and Power BI.
• Assist with presentations, materials and communication in PowerPoint, etc.
• Support workshops, meetings, courses and other activities before, during and after they take place.
• Assist with administrative and practical tasks.
• Contribute to minor improvement tasks and analyses of processes and workflows.
• Support the department's colleagues with ad-hoc tasks.

We do not expect you to be able to do it all from the start. The most important thing is that you are curious, learn quickly and want to contribute.

Is it you we are looking for?

You are pursuing a relevant advanced degree and have a few years left of your studies. It could be in economics, business, communications, technology, data, IT or engineering.

We especially emphasize that you

• are mature, responsible and good at following up on your tasks,
• are hardworking and not afraid to take on both small and large tasks,
• are proactive, curious and broadly interested,
• communicate clearly and collaborate naturally with different people,
• have a good technical understanding and a desire to learn new tools.

It is advantageous if you have experience with one or more of the following

• Excel and PowerPoint.
• Power BI or data analysis.
