Bistrup Veterinary Clinic is seeking a veterinarian

Veterinarian for the sake of the animals. And for the colleagues.

Do you like to know your patients by name? And can you still smile when the phone rings with an emergency in the middle of a busy day? Then we have a place for you in Birkerød.

Bistrup Dyreklinik is a privately owned small animal clinic with many loyal clients who have followed us for many years. Pernille and Morten Thykier have led since autumn 2025, and now we are expanding the team with a new veterinarian.

Who are we?

We are a small team of nine, where we help each other regardless of title, and where there is a short path from idea to decision. We take our profession seriously, and we want to be the clinic we would like to come to ourselves and bring our own animals to.

We are Cat Friendly, and with digital X-ray, dental X-ray, ultrasound and our own laboratory we handle most of the diagnostics ourselves.

Your everyday life

Your everyday life will be varied. You have planned and acute consultations, medical diagnostics, soft tissue surgery and dental cleanings. You have your own patients and the responsibility for them, but you are never alone with difficult cases. We consult with each other every day.

Who are you?

You are a trained veterinarian, thrive in small animal practice and like both animals and people. You work thoroughly and independently, are professionally curious and help create a good atmosphere. Surgical experience is a big plus. You don't need to know everything, the most important is that you fit in with us.

In short

• Small animal practice in Birkerød
• 32 to 37 hours per week, and we tailor the working hours with you
• Health and dental insurance
• Salary according to qualifications and experience
• Start as soon as possible.

Does it sound like you?

We hold interviews on an ongoing basis, so do not wait too long. Send your application to Pernille at [email protected] no later than 15 November.

Are you curious but not quite ready to apply? Then call us for a non-binding and confidential talk at 2788 5115 or 4014 9095.

We look forward to hearing from you.
