Blacksmith for construction and installation in Brande

Do you want a company car, bonus scheme and good social cohesion?

We are looking for a welder for construction and assembly in Brande.

You will become part of a larger welding setup, where the work is focused on commercial/industrial tasks. Construction, assembly and installation fill the daily work, and you switch between tasks you solve yourself and tasks with a partner. The positions are located in Brande and the surrounding area, so you work locally without the job becoming repetitive.

The role suits you if you can take responsibility for your own work and still thrive as part of a team. A company car is part of the package, and there is a bonus scheme on top of the fixed hourly wage. The social cohesion is important here, so you won't land in a place where everyone just looks after themselves.

What you get

Salary: 195-220 DKK per hour

Bonus: Bonus scheme

Company car: Yes

Work area: Brande and surroundings

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short assignments.

Everyday: Construction, assembly and installation

Your daily work

You work with metal tasks that must be manufactured, assembled and mounted, and you keep track of the sequence from first fitting to finished solution. When the task moves out into the field, it's about getting things to fit on site and to say if something doesn't add up.

You will, among other things, work with

• Manufactures and assembles constructions according to the task
• Installs solutions on-site
• Adjusts constructions so they fit during installation
• Works with repair and reconfiguration
• Reads drawings and assembles the solution correctly

When a task shifts from assembly to installation, it's you who keeps track of what is missing before it can move on. It requires calm hands, but also that you take action and speak up while they can be resolved.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes

You don't have to be able to do everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have experience as a welder or with construction work
• Can work alone and with a partner
• Are reliable and show up as agreed
• Speak up if something doesn't add up
• Can take on both assembly and installation

It is advantageous if you have tried installation and fieldwork before. But the most important is that you can deliver quality work and function in a social team.
