We are looking for

A maternity leave substitute in our school group, as well as a pedagogue, assistant or pedagogical assistant for the house.

The positions are hoped to be filled in December 2026.

At Børnehuset Mosen, we are an age-integrated institution where we believe that all children – regardless of their circumstances – should have the opportunity to participate, experience and develop. We work purposefully to create inclusive communities where both children and adults can be themselves and contribute with exactly what they can. Here there is room for diversity, curiosity and play – both in our cozy miniature farm and in the green surroundings that surround the house.

We are focused on strengthening all children's prerequisites for doing well in life. This means that we constantly keep the children at the top context, work goal-oriented and follow the children's cues. We focus on strengthening participation opportunities for everyone and on welcoming both children and families. We do this by ensuring that the pedagogical staff have knowledge and tools to support the children's development – and by actively involving the parents in daily life.
