As a day care provider in Agerbæk, you become the everyday hero for a group of four lovely children aged 6 months to 3 years. You weave work life and family life together in your own familiar surroundings, and you become part of a strong collegial community among the towns day care providers, who meet about once a week.

You will be provided with all necessary resources for a learning and fun everyday, including pushchair, toys, high chairs, etc. You collaborate closely with your engaged day care educator on the childrens learning and well-being.

We offer

• An inviting monthly salary, of which 60 % is tax-free 2

; you must cover the costs of the childrens meals yourself.

• The working hours are 48 hours per week in your own home 2

; you accrue 7 days per year of compensatory time off in addition to vacation and the 6th vacation week.

• You start at pay grade 20. As a trained pedagogue or PAU you start at pay grade 25, you advance 2 pay grades after 4 years of employment and a further 1 pay grade after 6 years.

The advantage of being a day care provider is certainly that I can arrange my daily life myself, while at the same time I can supplement with the collegial daily care group here in the town, where we meet in a playroom or outside on playgrounds. Its super fun for the children and for us day care providers to meet and be together all day.
