Create safe environments for the children and yourself

As a day care provider in Skovlund/Ansager you will be a everyday hero for a group of four lovely children aged 6 months to 3 years. You combine work life and family life in your own familiar surroundings, and you will become part of a strong collegial community among the town's day care providers, who meet about once a week.

You will be provided with all necessary tools for an educational and fun day, including a pram, toys, high chairs, etc. You collaborate professionally closely with your engaged day care pedagogue on the children's learning and well-being.

We offer

• An appealing monthly salary, of which 60 % is tax-free – you must cover the costs of the children's meals yourself.
• Working hours are 48 hours per week in your own home - you accrue 7 days of compensatory time off per year in addition to vacation and the 6th holiday week.
• You start at salary grade 20. As a trained pedagogue or PAU at salary grade 25, you move up 2 pay grades after 4 years of employment and a further 1 pay grade after 6 years of employment.

The advantage of being a day care provider is definitely that I can plan my everyday life myself, while also being able to supplement with the collegial day care group here in the town, where we, for example, meet in the playroom or outside on the playgrounds. It is super fun for the children and for us day care providers to meet and spend a whole day together.
