We are looking for an M&E (plumbing and heating) engineer who is a strong advisor to the client and who can take responsibility for the entire process from design, quality assurance to construction meetings, supervision and handover of the completed building.

Your responsibilities will include

• Execution of projects from start to handover of the completed building.
• Ongoing dialogue with all stakeholders such as: client/owner, residents, contractors and authorities.
• Design and preparation of tender documents.
• Quality assurance of projects and processes along the way.
• Construction management of projects from start to finish;
• Holding construction meetings
• Supervision of the work performed
• Keep a close eye on the project budget and schedule
• Communication and dialogue with the property's residents and board

What we expect from you

• You must have experience managing HVAC projects on the consultancy side. That is, you have hands-on experience running projects from A-Z, from design to completed construction. You do not need several years of experience, but you should have some relevant experience to draw on.
• You are educated in HVAC, e.g., HVAC Engineer, HVAC Installer, mechanical engineer, building services engineer or gas and heating technician.
• You like – and find it natural – to take proactive responsibility for the process, as you love the feeling of progress and overview.
• You are good at communicating clearly and you want to create security/trust among the different stakeholders (especially residents/associations).
