The job is hourly paid, and you sign up for the shifts and events that fit into your calendar.

It is primarily evening and weekend work , and the job is therefore ideal as a student job, but everyone with the right attitude is very welcome to apply.

Your tasks

As an event host you help ensure that our events run smoothly from start to finish. You will become an important part of the execution and help create great experiences for guests, organizers and partners.

Your tasks may include

• Be a host and point of contact during events.
• Welcome and assist organizers, guests and partners.
• Ensure that events run smoothly.
• Setting up and taking down tables, chairs and other equipment.
• Preparation of bleachers and spectator areas.
• Light cleaning tasks before, during and after events.
• Emptying of waste bins and ongoing tidying.
• Supervision of rooms, foyers and common areas.
• Assistance with signage and directions.
• Preparation of meeting and conference rooms.
• Restocking consumables and materials.
• Practical assistance to organizers during the event.
• Light technical assistance with AV equipment after training.
• Opening and locking of facilities.
• Ensure that safety and conduct rules are followed.
• Handling of unforeseen situations with an overview and good humor.
