Do you want a student job with good colleagues, lots of guest contact and an important responsibility? Maybe you have already passed the lifeguard test – or are you ready to take the training with us? If you want to help create safe and fun experiences for guests in Aqua Mundo, you could be the one we are looking for.

Lifeguard in Aqua Mundo

As a lifeguard you will be part of a team where we help each other, have fun on shifts and take responsibility for making guests feel safe. You help make Aqua Mundo ready for today’s guests, take water samples, keep the area tidy and assist with first aid if a emergency occurs.

We train our own lifeguards in lifeguarding and first aid, so if you want to try your hand at the lifeguard task, you have the opportunity to take your training with us. You will be trained in and must be able to pass the pool lifeguard test once a year.

Are you our upcoming colleague?

We are looking for several new colleagues for on-call shifts of about 5-15 hours per week, typically distributed over 1-3 shifts. Together we align which days you can work. The shifts are during the day, in the evening and on weekends, and you will be part of the department’s duty roster. It is important that you can take responsibility for your shifts and contribute to good teamwork.

• You have passed or can pass the pool lifeguard test within a short period of employment.
• You take responsibility for your tasks and meet guests and colleagues in a friendly and respectful manner.
• You want to talk to our guests and in a friendly and clear way guide them to safe and considerate behavior in the water park.
• You contribute to the guided activities we offer our guests, e.g. mermaid swimming
• You keep things tidy and ensure that everything is neat and ready for the next colleague who comes.
• You speak good Danish and have proficiency in English and/or German.

How we hire

You will be employed in accordance with existing agreements at Nordborg Resort. There will be a pension scheme attached to the employment and other staff benefits. We offer thorough training.
