Become our new student assistant in Personal Injury

Right now we are looking for a student assistant for our Personal Injury Department on Strandgade in Copenhagen. The position is 15 hours per week, and we are flexible about how the hours are scheduled so the job can fit with your studies.

So what is it about?

As a student assistant you will be part of Personal Injury and will have both experienced colleagues and other student assistants around you. You will help with the daily handling of our clients’ cases and you will also have your own tasks and responsibilities.

Your tasks will include, among others, that you

• collect medical information and other documentation for our cases
• ensure payment of invoices
• talk to our customers on the phone and help and guide them in connection with their case
• assist your colleagues with various administrative tasks in the daily case processing

You will have a job where you can work independently and enjoy being part of a team. We will of course ensure that you are well prepared for the tasks.

With us you will have skilled colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge, and you will have the opportunity to learn a lot about insurance and personal injury in practice.

What do we expect from you?

We imagine that

• you are pursuing a higher education and would preferably have a couple of years left of your studies
• you are structured and thorough and have an eye for detail
• you are service-minded and comfortable talking to many different people
• you can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• you are curious and eager to learn
• you contribute with good humor and want to be part of the department’s community

You do not need experience with insurance or personal injury, but we would like you to be curious about the field and eager to learn more. We will ensure you are well prepared for the tasks. In return we expect you to take responsibility and meet our customers in a proper and helpful manner.

A student job with room for your studies

We know that your studies come first. Therefore we are flexible about how your 15 weekly hours are scheduled so that it can work together with classes, exams and the rest of your student life.

Your workplace will be on Strandgade in Copenhagen, where you will become part of Personal Injury and a professional environment with good colleagues and an informal tone.
